It’s like a science fair for grownup entrepreneurs.
StartupPALOOZA showcases “innovation-driven” startup companies from the region, and it coincides with, and is sponsored by, IdeaFestival again this year.
If you’re a regional startup, the $30 registration fee for a table is probably some of the best scratch you can spend. It will put you, your team and your product in front of hundreds of people, all of whom are interested in startups and startup culture.
StartupPALOOZA is September 24 at 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the Ice House AT 226 E. Washington Street.
The event is sponsored by the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation, IdeaFestival, the Kentucky Innovation Network, the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development and the Council on Postsecondary Education.
For $30 startups will be given a cocktail-sized table to showcase their company. Attendees will vote for the most creative display, and the winner will receive two Taste of Innovation tickets.
You must register your startup by September 13. The Registration application is online. Spaces will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
It’s free to attend the event.
